How GetCID Plus Works

GetCID Plus allows you to quickly and easily obtain the Confirmation ID (CID) required to activate Windows or Office licenses when automatic activation is not possible. Our system handles the phone activation process for you by contacting Microsoft support directly, so you don't have to deal with long calls or complex procedures. Charges only apply if the CID is successfully obtained via phone. No fees will be applied if the CID is available online or if an error occurs during the request.

Possible error messages:

• Please enter an IID
  → The IID field is empty. You must enter it to continue.
• IID must contain only numbers, spaces, and dashes (no letters or other characters)
  → The IID contains letters or invalid symbols. Use only numbers, spaces, and dashes.
• Invalid code
  → The validation code entered is not valid. This code is provided only to non-registered users.
• Code already used with another IID
  → The validation code has already been used with another IID. Each code is for one-time use.
• Invalid IID. Please enter a valid numeric Installation ID
  → The IID entered is not valid. Make sure it is numeric and complete.
• Insufficient credits. You need at least 1 credit to make a request.
  → You don't have enough credits to generate a CID. Please contact support or add more credits.
• Key blocked!
  → The IID corresponds to a blocked key. You must use a different valid license.
• Network error: [error]
  → Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later.
• CID obtained successfully!
  → The CID was generated successfully.
